Today, I’m craving a dish that marries the bold flavors of spicy Sriracha and succulent shrimp. This Spicy Sriracha Shrimp Stir-Fry is my go-to when I need a quick, satisfying meal with an Asian twist. The combination of heat from Sriracha, the sweetness of shrimp, and the medley of veggies is just irresistible!

Spicy Sriracha Shrimp Stir-Fry


  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. Marinate shrimp in Sriracha and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper and snow peas. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce, toss in green onions, and stir-fry for another minute.
