YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary :
The Warehouse Supervisor will support and ensure the inbound and outboand of goods (raw material) stored in the warehouse to provide the correct product supply to the customer as well as the adequate warehouse management of the location, as well as oversee operations in the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that inventory stock and safety stock values are accurate and systematically identify obsolete, potential consignment and overstock items.
- Schedule relevant inspection of goods to ensure compliance to technical specification and quality. .
- Sign & final check the checklist inbound and outbound activity
- Sign & final check the WRA, the physic goods, the seal container in good condition;
- Control each day the cleanliness of the warehouse & environment;
- Control daily Delivery Order (DO) reports;
- Control the daily & monthly vehicle checklist to take next action;
- Control, monitor & inform the status of the goods inbound and outbound
- Control the checklist for routine service for vehicle and any other equipment in warehouse;
- Do routine weekly briefing to all team delivery
- Final check & looking another comparison vendor for any work;
- Delivery coordination with Sales Coordinator (SC);
- Manage requests for taking customer check from the head office;
- Ensuring Safety in the Warehouse;
- Ensure Safety Equipment is Used at all times;
- Other duties as assigne
Job Requirement/Specification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) of all majors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related positions in
Logistics industry, chemical industry or other similar industry.
- Diligent, active, communicative.
- Can operate Ms. Office and have good administration;
- Having high initiative and able to work in a team or individually.
- Active, communicative, fast learner, and have a good attitude.
- Understanding about Warehouse Management System.
- Active, communicative, fast learner, and have a good attitude.
- Can Speak English
