About the Role

The Video Editor will work in collaboration with our in-house video and podcast production team to produce high-quality, stand out content across various platforms and social media.

You will bring creative flair, new ideas and inspiration to produce high-quality design and visuals for our content and materials, while adhering to our brand guidelines and guidance from our Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working closely with an ambitious creative team, edit all our video and podcast to bring out the highest quality production.
  • Work with the team to help ensure professional-quality productions and smooth execution of projects by planning, organising, implementing proper lighting and audio techniques.
  • Seek or provide guidance in working closely with the team to ensure only the highest quality content is produced.
  • Repackage existing content in creative ways using editing skills, tools and software.
  • Assist with producing content and operating industry standard equipment including cameras, lighting, audio and video recorders, microphones, and props, and maintain calibration of the equipment.
  • Assist with set preparation, attend planning meetings, review, and provide feedback on the production.
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks as required by line manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or other related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • 1+ years’ experience as a videographer and editor.
  • Experience in producing digital content, video, and podcast highly regarded.
  • Experience in Apple Pro Apps and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient with Motion Graphics and colour grading.
  • Audio editing, mixing and mastering experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively to produce captivating visual content on all mediums and platforms.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly.

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.
