Job Description
- Mapping suitable Tiktok talents based on creators’ account performance and profile, according to needs of different products.
- Building connection with Tiktok talents and making collaboration.
- Fast learning of products’ feature and get to know the most suitable talents for specific products (to sell products directly or to promote branding).
- Creating creative content planning and implementing it on social media according to the Company’s branding (Photos, Videos). Able to create suitable script suggestion for talents to shoot videos.
- Search and process KOL database according to the company’s needs and budget
- Collect and trace data of each collaboration; analyze talents’ impact on sales
- Maintain good relations with KOL and the community
- Contribute to managing social media accounts (Tiktok)
Qualifications:
–experience in influencers’ communication and management
–Interested in the live streaming landscape and the social media ecosystem, especially TikTok.
— analytical skills and experience working with data to drive insights, familiar with excel
–Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
–Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
