Strategic HR Partner

As a leader in developing the whole organization with the right structure, quality, attitude and values, to achieve the projected growth rate, the candidate has deep responsibility of providing the strategies, coaching, supervising, executing, training and developing with proven leadership, human resources, and strategic business management skills.

Since the position needs extensive skills and experiences within construction and engineering industry, we are looking for tough and influential candidate with strong leadership, strategic, problem solving, critical thinking, communication, persuasion, negotiation and people skills.

Job description :

1.      Understand the goal, vision and target of the company.

2.      Work closely with management and employees to understand the real situation of the company, the market and the HR conditions.

3.      Provide complete analysis regarding the strength and weaknesses, employee mapping, read the trends specific to the business and from the competitions, and creating strategical HR programmes and planning related to performance management, training & development, restructuring.

4.      Understand the business process and managing IT implementation systems to help employees.

5.      Manage and resolve HR issues including industrial relations.

6.      Responsible to provide HR policy guidance for the company and help with the interpretations.

7.      Conduct weekly meetings with all respective business units, researching and auditing the procedures.

8.      Provide guidance on succession planning and career development.

9.      Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, especially contractst, reduce legal risk of company and ensure compliance. Maintain update knowledge of government regulations related to human resources.

10.  Responsible for effective and efficient coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions.

11.  Manage the team, provide targets and standards and make sure other day-to day human resources duties such as personalia and other general affairs runs smoothly.

12.  Provide direct reports and advice to CEO.  

Requirements :

1.      Experienced as strategic HR partner min. 5 years in tough market / industry.

2.      Able to provide proven results in profit growth and revenue growth through strategic HR plans and complete executions.

3.      Genuinely interested in people’s growth and people management.

4.      Possess strategic planning and problem-solving skills and have great communication skills.  

5.      Possess agility, proactivity and creativity in creating and executing programmes.

6.      Driven, tech savvy, intellectual and analytical person.

7.      Highly communicative, enjoy influencing others and possess leadership characteristics.
