DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description
Customer cards :
- Register customer’s data in company’s application
- Update customer’s card if there any customer’s data changes
Master items administration:
- Register new item in company’s application based on the information from Items Portofolio Management Division
- Update item’s data if there are any changes
- Create necessary Production Protocol/BOM
- Inform QA/QAC Division to create necessary Inspection Plan
Customer Cross Reference :
- Register Customer Cross Reference as per Sales team’s information
- Update Customer Cross Reference’s data if there any changes
Sales Price :
- Input Sales Price as per Sales Director’s instructions
- Prepare Offering Sheet as per Sales team’s request
Sales Order :
- Receive customer’s order from sasles team and create sales roder based on it
- Prepare proforma invoice and send it to sales team
Inventory :
- Make sure the company have enough stock to fulfill the customer’s order
- Works with Supply Chain Management Division to procure needed items
Production Planning:
- Arrange the production schedule properly to fulfill the customer’s order
- Monitor production schedule
- Conduct regular production meeting with related party
Production Order :
- Carry out production order
- Selecting needed components as per applicable procedures
- Create check list to monitor the process
- Create production provision and coordinate with Warehouse Division to execute it
- Create item’s label as per applicable procedures
- Submit necessary documents to Production Division for production execution
- Input production consumption
Warehouse Shipment
- Communicate with Sales team regarding shipment plan
- Inform the shipment plan to Supply Chain Management Division for transporter arrangement
- Inform the shipment plan to Warehouse Division
- Create pick instruction and submit it to Warehouse Division
- Work with Warehouse Division to monitor loading process
Sales Invoice
- Receive Order from Finance Division to create Sales Invoice
- Inform Finance Division when the Sales Invoice already created
Job Qualification
- Educational Background at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
