DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Work closely with the head chef to produce a diverse menu according to the outlet’s policy and vision
- Ensuring all raw materials according to MO (manufacturing order)
- Ensuring that all cooking methods are in the cooking process at each station according to the Working Instructions
- Set the work load of Cook and Cook Helper as needed
- Set work schedules and regulations in the kitchen so that everyone can work efficiently
- Ensuring the quality and taste of food before serving it to customers
- Reviewing the existing menu for cycle menu
- Supervise order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Cullinary Art/Hospitality or equivalent
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related position
- Having experience in catering service & reputable restaurant
- Having experience in making Indonesian cuisine
- Having knowledge about sanitation, hygiene and HACCP, Halal
- Understand the food sector and have high product knowledge skills
- Having good leadership and communication skills
