Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or related field
- Having at least 6-8 years of work experience as a brand management (experience in handling beauty brand will be preferable)
- Strong business acumen and result oriented
- Highly passionate and deep knowledge in beauty
- Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must
- Ms. Office and english proficiency
- Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Responsibility
- Define strategic communication insights and translate it into targeted marketing activities to grow brand share
- Take full responsibilities and lead marketing implementation in collaboration with online, retail, education, logistics, trade, and sales to drive integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences and sales.
- Analyze consumer and market insights and share the insights to Regional team to help with regional strategy and product innovation
- Portfolio management: Product positioning, product mix, pricing strategy for baseline portfolio and NPDs
- Management of marketing budgets within agreed target and maximize efficiency
