DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Descriptions:
Ensure the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the quantity, quality and specifications expected based on the approved plan and budget
Core Responsibility:
- Create purchase orders (PO) for the procurement of goods and services from e-procs that have final approved status
- Coordinate with several prospective vendors related to the plan for the procurement of goods and services
- Conduct vendor pitching from several vendors who submit offers and are considered the best in terms of price, quality and user needs
- Monitoring the delivery of goods/services from vendors to user locations according to plan
- Coordinate with the legal section to make cooperation agreements with selected vendors in the procurement of goods/services
- Monitoring the administrative stages for paying debts to vendors who have supplied goods/services
- Handle issues that arise during the process of procurement of goods/services
- Negotiating prices with vendors regarding the procurement of goods/services
- Checking the completeness of attached documents (PO, Invoice, travel document, warehouse receipt, etc.)
- Make monthly e-proc recap
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in same position
- Good communication skill, and interpersonal skill
- Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
- Details oriented, numbers friendly
- Business process knowledge
- Computer literature: Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point), System Database, Input Program
- Self-driven, well organized, persistent, can adapt to any requirement quickly, and can work under pressure
- Problem solving skill
- Analytical thinking and curiously minded
- Negotiation skill
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
