We are a consumer goods factory established in Indonesia to support global market of winter and summer fun products! We are looking for a good candidate to fill in the post of Personal Assistant.
Responsibility
- Managing all general office administration tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Making travel arrangements for the company’s executives, as well the travel arrangements for all employees for business trips purposes.
- Taking minutes of meetings and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling and organizing the agenda for company’s executives.
Requirements
- Degree graduates with min.2 years working experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing) is mandatory, and English proficiency
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in using office software.
