We are seeking the great people to support and enhance our position as the great company for heavy equipment industry for the position of :
PARTS COUNTER
(Code : PC JAKARTA)
Duties and responsibilities:
- To make parts process, quotation, order sheet, invoicing, monitor parts transit and delivery to customer.
- To monitor parts availability branch and make prospect stock reference of population models and demands.
- To give information to the customers or PSR about Parts booking order status.
- To monitor parts order sheet outstanding WIP daily.
- To make document spare part selling & delivery.
- To give spare-parts recommendation during drop in transaction to help Planner/Technician.
- To assist CS Unit/Section Head in documents setting regarding spare-parts delivery and other documents to ensure proper & smooth transaction
- To conduct check and receiving spare-parts base on documents. Input spare-parts in AS400 system and allocate parts as parts number location.
- To conduct collect parts as picking list document. Check and packing parts base on approval documents and deliver it to customer.
- To maintain spare-parts and warehouse in a good, safe, clean and healthy condition.
- To conduct others jobs related on assignment by superior.
Qualifications:
- D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Maximum of age is 28 years old.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in english and computer literates.
- Mature, detail, meticulous, patient, independent and energetic.
- Ready to work under-pressure.
- Work location at Jakarta branch (JIEP Pulogadung).
