DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Manage the organizational structure design process on a regular basis in accordance with existing developments in all parts of the Company
- Managing the preparation and updating of job descriptions so that work guidelines are available for all positions in the Company
- Carry out the On Boarding process for new employees by providing debriefing and introduction to the company’s history, culture and work rules
- Prepare training plans for new employees and promotions according to the needs and ensure their implementation is in accordance with the targets set
- Responsible for providing information regarding new employees or changes in employee status via corporate email blasts
- Manage the administration of contract extensions and assignments of employees who will end in accordance with predetermined conditions
- Manage the administration related to employee leaving (resigning) so that it can be processed in accordance with predetermined conditions
- Coordinate with the Leader Team regarding employee development/training needs
- Make and ensure that training activity plans for employees can run well in accordance with the targets set
- Ensuring and controlling internal needs in the Company can be fulfilled properly
- Monitoring and ensuring the Internship Program administration process can be fulfilled and running well
- Ensure that each Leader has properly prepared his team’s KPIs in accordance with the targets set
