– Operations Manager Retail – Lowongan Kerja Posisi Operations Manager Retail di PT Karya Tangan Indah (Bali)



Planning and managing daily operations in our commercial scopes which include to managing processes, purchasing, accounting, human resources, legal, inventory, IT, logistic, building & maintenance, to achieve highest standard of efficiency and accuracy.

Additionally, managing operations expenses each commercial channel (Boutiques, Wholesale, F&B) in order to achieve bottom line profitability.


Managing Process:

  • To review and update commercial channel SOP that includes Boutiques, Wholesale, and F&B.
  • Strategically implement and update process in commercial channels for highest efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaison with accounting, HR, logistic, legal, in order to provide communication and supports to commercial channels, and to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Organize and conduct initial and refreshment training including but not limited anything related to other department such as code of conduct, operations system flow, health and safety, etc.
  • Continue on operations excellence in order to maintain accreditation and licenses
  • Creating various monthly report from financial, inventory and expenses reports.

Cost Control & Management

  • Partner with Director of Sales/Commercial to do yearly budget planning on all operational expenses.
  • Manage and execute expenses according to budget plan.
  • Liaison with finance department to report and keep track on asset and inventory movement.
  • Partner with each commercial channel to reduce cost without compromising quality and to reduce lost of assets and inventory.

Order Management

  • Responsible on the efficiency and effectiveness on order process by working with commercial channels closely.
  • Managing order needs according to budget and prioritizing needs.
  • Monitor, reconcile and process incoming purchase order (PO) of non-finished goods to ensure timely service to sales team, and accurate data input in supply chain system
  • Ensure payment to 3rd party service/product provider within the timely manner by Bali Finance team.
  • Actively in communication with Logistic team for the shipment plan date, status, delivery arrangement of finished goods and update to related parties.

Building & Maintenance Management

  • Planning and execute all the building and maintenance project.
  • Support directly to commercial channels on day-to-day maintenance needed.
  • Conduct and overseeing weekly and monthly walk through.
  • Managing in house building and garden maintenance / technician
  • Managing outside preferred contractor list and their work for all maintenance projects.

Team Development

  • Manage team operation team organization to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continue develop operation team to maximize their potential contribution to organization through various training and coaching.
  • Leading team by example.

Professional Requirements

  • 5-10 years strong sales experience in Retail Operations or Hospitality Operations 
  • Ability to work with a variety of different cultures with inputs from both local field and offices (Bangkok) and head office (New York)
  • Ability to think logically, to understand process, work within dateline.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and detail orientation.
