DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibility and Job Work:
· To assist and prepare an annual marketing plan and budget for the management.
· Establish good relationships with the sales team and other inter-departments.
· Develop and plan business development strategies, market research on key competitors and identify USP.
· To coordinate and plan for marketing and promotional activities such as Tradeshows (Pameran) and Conference events in Indonesia.
· To update, prepare and develop company brochures, collaterals for all products offering.
· To update, prepare and develop company branding and marketing strategies.
· To create digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, Google Ads, Email marketing, Social Media Ad campaigns, track success and analytics reports
· To assist IT in continually enhance the website, social media account, Linkedin account, Google Biz Profile
· Track and report campaigns performance, creating detailed reports for the senior management team.
· To manage B2B e-commerce platforms for the company
· Other ad hoc request by the management
Qualifications/requirements
· Preferably degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent degree/field experienced
· Must be proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Business Page account.
· At least 1 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing experience.
· Excellent communication skills and a motivated team player
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Mail Chimps and other editing software’s
· Proficient on Google Ads, Pay Per Click, SEO, SEM, CopyWriting and email marketing.
· Preferably fluent in both written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
· Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
· Knowledge in HTML, website UI/UX, JavaScript is a plus.
· Candidate should be open to travel when needed for Tradeshows or events.
