Management Development Program (MDP) is a program established exclusively to recruit and develop fresh graduates to become our future leaders. Therefore, we are encourage fresh graduates to join our company so they can grow and develop their skills and character.
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, and Industrial)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Graduates from reputable universities are preferred
- Active in organization when in college
- Passionate about building career in manufacturing industry
- Willing to undergo service bond for 2 years
- Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang or Kapuk – Jakarta Utara
