What you will be doing:
- Developing sales of complex technological solutions for mining plants;
- Looking for potential business growth and researching market potential;
- Forming and leading sales team;
- Verifying needs and conducting technical customers audits to improve and optimize processes;
- Selecting equipment, spare and wear parts with the responsible product-lines
- Carrying out technical and commercial negotiations;
- Holding tenders and signing contracts;
- Working with customers on the area of responsibility;
- Achieving revenue increase in the target markets;
- Making presentations for customers.
What we expect of you:
- Higher technical or economic education;
- 5+ years experience in the industrial B2B sales;
- Experience in working with leading Indonesian industrial companies (the area of mining, minerals, metals);
- Managing team experience;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A proven track record of handling a variety of management tasks;
- Familiar with the mining equipment and understanding of the mining industry;
- Strong negotiation skills and result oriented approach;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
