As IT Support Specialist you will:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- ensuring websites and applications stay up and running and offering technical support
- Maintain database and ensuring system security
- Develop web base program according to director needs
- Maintain external system (Hotel / Apartment related)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/Computing
- Min 3 years experience as an IT Support Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Having experience in using Laravel 8, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Mysql
- Expectional interpersonal and communication skills
- Placement at Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
