DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities :
- Providing IT support to computer users within the office, branch, and warehouse
- Initial troubleshooting of IT problems, and resolving them wherever possible
- Maintaining office network, PC, printers, CCTV
- Ensuring that data is routinely backed up
- Ensuring that software licenses are adhered to
- Overseeing computer security and Antivirus precautions
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new operating system versions, drivers, and patches
- Have basic knowledge on Router Microtic, Windows Server, WordPress, WHM, Cpanel
- Understand and familiar with PC troubleshooting
- Correspondence with external service providers including Internet Service Providers, Hosting service providers, Hardware and Software Suppliers
- Keeping up with the latest IT developments
- Responsible for other tasks given by the leadership around IT
- Understand Accurate program is preferred
Requirements :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Degree in Information Technology, System Information
- At least 2 years working experiences
- Strong in analytical, problem solving, conceptual & presentation skill
