Roles & Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance/Testing Manager fully understands the intricacies of testing gained through experience of both Functional & Non-Functional testing.
- Testing Manager will work along with Solution Sales team and work on strategic customer’s IT QA roadmap and accordingly will help on the Proposals/Presentations in Technical aspect (Hands On).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years worked as Testing Lead/Manager with total of 8 to 10 years of total IT experience.
- RFX Management : Respond, Write Proposals, Submissions and Negotiation
- Testing manager will ensure Test Ownership, Management and drive across IT Services.
- Testing Manger must have thorough knowledge and proven experience in deploying tools.
- Managerial Skills : Stakeholder Management, Negotiation Skills with business users
- Reports of Head of Service Delivery
- Must have experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services domain
- Well versed in Written & Verbal English & Bahasa Indonesia.
