Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented IT Problem Management to ensure that problems or annoyances reported by users are dealt with quickly and effectively. IT Problem Management also aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in problem management, as well as provide the best service for users of information technology. By carrying out its duties and responsibilities properly, IT Problem Management can help increase productivity, user satisfaction, and the overall quality of information technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze, and understand the root causes of problems. Perform assistance and evaluate the impact of the problem on the business.
  • collaborate between team members, including technical, development, and infrastructure support.
  • Determine and manage problem escalation to a higher level if necessary, be it to higher management, external service providers, or related vendors.
  • Create reports on problems identified, actions taken, and workarounds implemented.
  • Ensuring relevant information is available to team members and end users.
  • Proactive Repair: Analyze problem trends and seek opportunities to improve system reliability and quality and prevent future problems from occurring.
  • Process Improvement: Provide input and suggestions to improve problem and incident management processes. Contribute to the development and best implementation practices in problem domain management.
  • Support end users in dealing with common issues and provide guidance on mitigating errors that may cause problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management, Informatics Systems or equivalent.
  • Have 2 years work experience in problem management or computing and programming.
  • Have good analytical skills to analyze problems systematically and make the right decisions based on available information.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with other team members and departments.
  • Good management skills, including the ability to set priorities, identify risks, organize tasks, manage time, and control progress.
  • Mastering programming languages, Linux scripting.
  • Able to work responsively, effectively and have good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
  • Have analytical skills and presentation skills to report problems and proposed solutions.
