DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description:
1. Prepare, manage, and monitor IT budget, both OPEX and CAPEX, through activities:
- Prepare and formulate IT OPEX projections required by each IT Department and related working unit in the Bank.
- Monitor the usage of on-going OPEX and CAPEX.
- Calculate accruals on repeating cost as well as IT CAPEX.
- To have and understand each and every agreement on IT Service Provider in the Bank.
- Invoice administration related to IT.
2. Manage IT vendor through the activities:
- Well administer every agreement on information technology service provider in the Bank.
- Compose contracts for information technology service provider.
- Monitor the expiry date of agreement and special provisions that are agreed with vendors.
- Review IT vendor candidate.
- Review the renewal of IT vendor agreements.
3. Assist IT Strategy & Governance Head in preparing routine reports related to budget and IT vendor management.
Requirement:
1. Minimum S1.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in related area.
3. Have good banking product & services knowledge will be an added value.
4. Good computer skill, technical skill, and analysis skill.
5. Good integrity.
6. Able to work as a team.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
