DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Provide 1st/2nd level of helpdesk support to Users via phone or emails and resolves them in a timely manner
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments when required
- Perform testing tasks based on Use Case Scenarios
- Ensure incidents are logged and updated in the helpdesk ticketing system
- Build a good rapport with clients
- Learn and achieve good understanding of product features
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill in English
- A good and responsible team player;
- Proactive, willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good analytical and empathic skills with positive work attitude
- Results oriented;
- Strong telephone communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with clients over phone.
- Knowledge in usage of Microsoft office
- Willing to work Overtime when necessary;
- Willing to travel;
- Educational background in software is preferred;
- 5 days work per week;
