DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Maintain the IPBB MPLS/VPN network, including software upgrade, troubleshooting, network inspection and communication with the customer.
- Implement the IPBB project.including site survey,LLD/DLD/MOP compilation and complete the implementation on the exsiting IPBB network..
- Support projects of IP network products and provide technical solution
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting
- On-site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA
- Responsible for IPBB network project acceptance, and edit, submit and save related documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree major in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer technology
- Proficient in the basic technologies of IP network, including TCP/IP architecture, 802.1Q, STP, radius protocol, SNMP protocol and DHCP protocol. Be able to independently handle related troubleshooting.
- Possess high motivation to learn and work hard
- Familiar with Router, TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF/ISIS/PIM-SM Protocols in prior.
- Have CCNP, CCNP or CCIE certificate in prior.
- Familiar with delivery and maintenance operation of PTN/ IPRAN/ Metro- E/DC network
- Excellent understanding for TCP/IP, ISIS, LDP, BGP, MPLS VPN, SDN controller, Segment routing, etc.
- At least 2 years of IP technical work experience, and at least 2 years of IT customer service experience.
- Fluent in English communication and good cooperation workstyle.
