- Develop training program, deliver & purposeful training methods.
- Develop individualized & group training programs.
- Identify & assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategies training based on organization’s goals.
- Responsible for overall Training & Development (“T&D”).
- Conduct training & Make training module.
- Responsible to evaluate the results of training conducted.

Requirements:
- minimum 2 years experience in training & development.
- good in communication & reporting skills.
- Ability to plan, managing time & multitasking effectively.
