DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job description:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the whole general administration of Human Resources and General Affairs, such as:

• Act as a go-to HR professional for maintaining and managing statutory compliance documents such as the validity of the Company’s licenses,

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process (hiring, interviewing etc)

• Responsible for employee performance review (setting and maintaining KPI of each employee)

  • • Participate in formulating company PP, HR policies, work procedures or SOP, drafting PKWT

• Ensure HR policies being carry out effectively and doing what is best for the companies interest

• Monitoring employee attendance record

• Handle day to day HR operations issues

• HR Administrative jobs

– Open communication between Operational Manager’s and Supervisors as well as Directors

-Handle employee concerns, personal and work related issues

-Handle employee BPJS, benefits, overtime, leave, sick days, etc

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, Management.

• Having leadership, detail.

• At least 3 years of working experience in FnB/Retail

• Good in Microsoft Excel

• Good interpersonal skill

• Good communication skill

• Can work independently

• Renew and maintain employment contracts of temporary employees and communicate with Site Administrators to ensure the contracts are extended in time

General Requirements:

• Education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in business administration is preferred

• Having 2-5 years experience in an administrative support role, providing high-quality timely work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent in MS Excel

• Proficient in English

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving abilities

• Teamwork and collaboration with the ability to work independently
