DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

This position exists to implement and deliver HR strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results, to manage Group HR operations and Business Partner with the Head of Departments and Heads of HR to align with the Group of Companies’ goals with the objectives to build a highly competent workforce and a high-performance Group of Companies.

This position will work with the Group HR Team to execute the Integrated Talent Management Program – Organizational Development, Talent Planning, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning Development, Leadership Development, Retention Strategies as well as Employee Relations with the objectives to drive organizational effectiveness through innovative solutions and leveraging on modern digital tools and practices within the Group of Companies.

This position will assist the Head of Group HR in identifying key HR issues, contributing information, analysis, making recommendations to ensure Group HR operations and relevant solutions are delivered in a smooth and effective manner with the objective to drive organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  1. Recognized Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Institute for Human Resource Professionals – Senior/Certified Professional (Preferred) or HR equivalent qualifications.
  3. At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in HR.
  4. Good knowledge of end-to-end HR Functions.
  5. Good knowledge of Manpower Laws, Regulations and Statutory Requirements.
  6.  Good understanding of the Industry, Organization, Business Processes and Functions.
  7. Experience in a people management role would be advantageous.
  8. Strong communication, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  9. Experience in gaming industry or in large established corporations preferred.
