Requirements:
– BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, or relevant field
– At least 10 years of experience in Facilities, General Affairs, Purchasing, Inventory, and IT, roles
– Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
– Excellent project management skill
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– Good analytical/critical thinking
Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations including Facilities, General Affairs, Purchasing, Inventory, IT, & Fraud Prevention.
– Design strategy and set goals for growth
– Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
– Set policies and processes
– Evaluate and improve operational performance
– Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
– Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs
