Job Description :
1. Leading the organization in the right way to achieve the targets set by the business owner
2. Representing business owners in working with developers of High Rise Building construction projects.
3. Representing business owners in cooperation with business partners in the country and abroad.
4. Supervise the operational implementation of the company’s construction projects.
5. Directing the development and improvement of business systems.
6. Controlling departmental budgets, overhead costs and expenses.
7. Supervise K3 policies, employee work safety, employee health and welfare.
8. Make policies on operational work procedures, commercial aspects and business ethics.
9. Maintain good relations with all stakeholders.
10. Prepare the company’s financial budget every year and plan the activities of the organizational units under it.
11. Formulate company policies determined by the Board of Directors in detail and then carry out field implementation according to related fields.
12. Give approval for the receipt and disbursement of money within the limits of his authority.
Qualification:
1. Education S1/S2 Civil Engineering / Architecture.
2. Experience min. 3 years as General Manager in a High Rise Building Company construction project
3. Have good leadership and management skills and be responsible for managing the entire organizational structure within the company.
4. Have an effective portfolio management skills for business development
5. Having a strong business strategy, solving problems and empowering company resources for business growth.
6. Have good communication skills and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
7. Ready to be Join Immediately
