Job Responsibilities :
- Assisting manager in the preparation of budgets ( Annual, quarterly, monthly) and carrying out financial management according to the annual budget indicators
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
- Prepare and review financial records and statement report
- Process and verify payments of invoice
- Accounting management, organizing the legal person accounting, report issuance, and other related work of the business department to ensure that the basic accounting work is timely, complete, accurate, and compliant, and the report data is accurate and timely
- Fund management strictly follows the requirements of the group to manage the monetary funds of the legal person of the business department, including the accounting of monetary funds, the management of cash on hand, the allocation of funds, and the inventory of funds, to ensure the timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant accounts, and to ensure the safety of fund management. and the effectiveness of capital turnover

Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor
- Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles and procedures ( reconciliation, accounts payable, financial planning & analysis, taxation and tax regulations)
- Fluency in English (oral & written )
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Adaptable, collaborative and committed to excellence
