DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities are divided into three main categories depending on the agreed assignments/roles.
I. Marketing Activities
- Propose and connect new clients to the company
- Conduct presentation to clients, if needed
- Follow up the proposals and acquire new projects continuously for the company in accordance with the company’s guidance
II. Screening & Coordination
- Approach candidates and conduct initial screening prior to the interview
- Arrange all the interview schedule and assessment sessions and update the status in the report
- Participate as observer in the interview session if required and document the process
- Act as a liaison for the company to the candidates and clients
- Respond to candidates queries on the recruitment status
- Follow up the submitted report until it is final with client’s feedback
III. Approval and Finalization
- For any approved candidates, monitor and follow up the recruitment process until it is completed by actively liaising with the selected candidate and client
- Monitor the employment contract signing status until the onboarding process
- Address any concerns or feedback from the selected candidate and client
- Collect the information required for invoicing and follow up the invoice status until it is paid by client supported with the proof of payment
Requirements:
- Strong experience in the recruitment area and preferable as an executive search consultant
- Has a strong network of human resources management team from various companies
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with strong self discipline
- Adhere to the company’s regulations and business ethics principles
