Job Summary:

- To own the overall architecture of all digital solutions developed, implemented, and operationalized by Technology development team.
- To define the strategy and drive the implementation of processes for developing software products with high qulity, which meet business & user needs, and with zero/minimum bugs in productions
- To define base code & technology standard in order for the team to develop software product with high quality, which met business & iser needs, with zero/minimum bugs in Productions and running stable under trageted load as per business needs
- Excellent productivity of Engineering team by adoption of cutting-edge technology
- To define the strategy and drive the implementation of processses for smooth handover/transition from Tech Development team to Tech Operation team
Responsibilities
- Design the overall architecture of all digital solutions developed, implemented, and operationalized by Technology Development team
- Collaborate with BE Engineering Head to define technical roadmap for BE Engineering
- Collaborate with FE Engineering Head to define technical roadmap for FE Engineering
- Collaborate with QA Engineering Head to define technical roadmap for QA Engineering
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers to define architectural standards and best practices of coding, tools, & frameworks for the entire squads
- Collaborate with SES Head to define the strategy and technology roadmap for shared enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Technology Operations Head to define the strategy and technology roadmap for infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) and operations
- Assist on technical problem solving whenever it is deemed necessary of relevant
- Foster an environment of collaboration and creativity, and a climate of experimentation withhin Enterprise Architecture department, which also promotes Agile culture
- Become a role-model of commitment to development of self & others
Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years in engineering leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years managing large teams.
- Extensive experience in software product development, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, architecture, and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators and objectives.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, and data privacy regulations relevant to financial services.
- Previous experience with agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices.
