DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to help maintain our extensive database of Liveaboards listings, offers, and guest reviews. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with keen attention to detail, ensuring that information within our system is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Responsibilities :
- Inputting new listings for Liveaboards, including photos, specifications, and descriptions.
- Regular updating existing listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing, or offerings.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, correcting any discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining data for easy retrieval and optimal user experience.
- Working closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure all content is consistent and user-focused.
- Assisting with periodic data audits and cleanup projects.
- Responding to data-related queries in timely manner.
Requirement :
- Proven experience in data entry, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fast and accurate tying skill.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to spot data inconsistencies or errors.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.\
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the marine or travel industry is a plus but not required.
