DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities
- Ensure and maintain data center facilities operated with adequate levels of availability, reliability, security (SLA achieved) and traceability to support head office business operations & Sales Operations
- Do regular daily checklist.
- Solve problems in accordance with the established SLA
- Anticipating problems or disruptions to the continuity Data Center facilities
- Planning improvements related to Data Center Facilities
- implementing/optimizing the system and solving problems
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve corporate KPIs
- Prepare any documents related to the solution such as technical specification design, deployment guidance, and etc.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: 1 Years experience as Datacenter Operator
- Skill:
- Good knowledge of Datacenter Facilities such as PAC, UPS, Water Leak, Fire Suppression System, DCIM, CCTV, etc.
- Good knowledge in Windows and monitoring tools.
- Experience implementation of LAN & FC
- Good knowledge in collaboration platform such as Office 365, Cisco Jabber
