- English: min. B2 level or higher;
- Experience in Team Management, Sales or Customer Service;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Strategic thinking and decision making;

Your daily activities will consist of delivering a first rate customer service and building a steady and financially solid business in Malang.
You will:
- Constantly analyze the local market trends and competition, evaluate results of your research and develop an effective strategy for business development.
- Be at the front of advertising/promotional campaigns, organize the work of promoters to increase the brand awareness.
- Build long-lasting partnerships with local businesses, like cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops, to expand our reach and form new business connections.
- Manage local operations in the office, train and motivate the team to provide the best service to our clients.
