JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Examine, review and analyze contract, memorandum, law, regulation, verdict and any other legal documents;
- Provide solution, strategy, advise and opinion on the case and/or any legal need of client;
- Arrange, draft and review legal documents both corporate and litigation including warning letter, legal correspondences, settlement agreement, petition, lawsuit etc.
- Assist and/or represent client both in litigation and non-litigation matters including civil lawsuit, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal, negotiation, dispute settlement etc.
- Liaise with judicial, legal and government institution to fulfill, protect and maintain legal interest and need of the client;
- Continuously responsible for case handling as well as for monitoring and reporting case progress in comprehensive and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 from reputable university
- Having 1-5 years of experience in law office or legal department
- Having an advocate license is preferable
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent in research, problem solving and negotiation skill
- Responsible, grow mindset, time management, self-discipline and honest
