DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description
- Supervising assigned accounts to identifying unresolved debts;
- Finding, contacting and visiting customer to ask about their overdue payments;
- Following-up with customer on overdue accounts;
- Responding to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments;
- Resolving billing and customer credit issues;
- Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status;
- Repossessing the heavy equipment, along with prepare the repossession (contacting local law enforcer, local organization, etc and coordinating internal resources);
- Contacting repossession companies and maintain/coordinating with repossession companies to do repossessing the heavy equipment;
- Finding missing heavy equipment or equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s degree in law preferred);
- Having experiences at least 3 (three) years in leasing company or in commercial collections, especially in repossession of heavy equipment;
- Having government connections and resources to affiliate the general knowledge of collection laws, regulations, principles of credit lending, and risk management;
- Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent negotiation skills and able to write collection report in English;
- Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop solutions to problems;
- Willing to be assigned to all regions in the territory of Indonesia;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, honest and hardworking;
